Troubleshooting FotoFinish Setup

  1. Verify Site details: Double-check site names, addresses, and workdays in the dashboard.

    Tip: Workdays need to be those of the employee doing the work at the site, even if the store or branch is closed to the public.

  2. Check On-site users: Ensure on-site users are added, are linked to the correct site and have downloaded the mobile app.

  3. Review FotoFlows: Create and assign FotoFlows to the relevant sites for task generation.

    Note: After editing a FotoFlow, the system takes up to 30 minutes to regenerate the updated tasks, in the meantime, no tasks will be available for that FotoFlow.

    Tip. If the on-site user works on the site more than once in a calendar day consider adding more shifts to the FotoFlow.

  4. Test submission process: Verify that on-site users have logged in, can download the task, can take pictures and can successfully submit the reports through the app.

    Tip: If an on-site user does not receive the welcome "Set Up Password" email or can't set it for any reason, an Admin user can directly assign him a new password by editing the user in the dashboard.

  5. Seek assistance: If tasks are not being generated or other issues persist, contact FotoFinish support for personalized troubleshooting.
