Add a New Site: Prepare for FotoFinish Submissions

Here you will add the sites that you want to receive FotoFinish submissions from. It is recommended to add all sites before adding users.

Provide Site Identification: Naming and Marking Sites

A name or identification mark that your company uses to describe or identify this site.

Preferably, start with a sequenced number ID, for example:

- 1025 NS (Site ID)

- 1025 Florida (ID number and State)

- 1025 Chicago (ID number and City)

- 1025 Maple Grove (ID number and Street)

- 50201 Maple (Use zip code as ID and an identifier)

If your site is very large you can break the site into blocks, for example:

- 1025 Downtown Campus - Building A

- 1025 Downtown Campus - Building B

Set Workdays: Determine Submission Days

Toggle the days of the week that you expect to receive a FotoFinish submission.

Note: Workdays do not reference if the site is open or closed to the public but rather the site has cleaners or on-site users that will submit a FotoFinish submission on that day.

Specify Site Address: Accurate Location Identification
Start typing in the address bar and let the finder confirm the right location. Select the correct address format from the dropdown menu to confirm.
Note: FotoFinish uses geotagging to make it easier for you to confirm the location

Save the Site: Finalize and Store Site Information

Repeat for Additional Sites: Streamline Site Setup Process
