Where results live
Open Reports on the dashboard. Every completed inspection appears there with its photos, the site, the person who submitted it, and the time it was submitted. Use the filters at the top to narrow by site, by person, by date range, or by whether a submission has been reviewed.
Supervisors can also receive the full photographic report by email after each inspection — turn on Receive emails in that user's settings.
If a report looks empty
An empty report almost always means no inspection was submitted for that site and date — the reporting screen is working correctly and is telling you something real about the site. Check these in order:
Widen the date range. The most common cause is simply a filter set narrower than you meant, especially around overnight shifts that cross midnight.
Check the site actually had tasks that day. If no tasks were generated, there is nothing to submit and therefore nothing to report. Our article Why does my site show "No Tasks"? covers the five reasons that happens and how to fix each.
Confirm the shift was completed. If the person on site started but didn't finish the flow, the submission may be incomplete.
Check you're looking at the right site. Sites with similar names — branch numbers especially — are easy to mix up.
Using reports with your own clients
The timestamped photo record is evidence of service delivery, and it is one of the most useful things you can put in front of a client. Two habits that make it work:
Review the same day. Issues addressed within 24 hours tend not to repeat on the next shift; issues found a week later have already become a pattern.
Show your client how to read it. Direct visibility builds trust and heads off disputes before they start.
Can't find a report you expect to exist? Message us with the site name and the date, and we'll look at the submission history directly.
