  15. What is included in a paid subscription?

    All paid subscriptions include access to the FotoFinish dashboard, repository of photo reports, FotoFinish app, manager (Tickets) app, support, and instructions. The dashboard allows you to manage sites, users, and FotoFlows, and view FotoFinish results. The FotoFinish app is for on-site users to submit photographic reports, while the manager app allows supervisors or managers to create on-site tickets.

  16. What is a FotoFlow?

    A FotoFlow is a virtual supervision flow that organizes multiple sample images of ideal site conditions into "Slots." The app randomly selects one photo from each slot and asks the employee to replicate it after cleaning, demonstrating the current conditions. This automates a daily changing report of representative site photos that covers large areas and at the same time is easy to complete.

  17. What do I do if I have more than one shift per day?

    If you have multiple shifts per day, you can simply enter the number of shifts in the FotoFlow, and a task will be generated for each shift. You can further assign specific times and on-site users to each shift.

  18. My cleaning contract includes monthly tasks. Can I set those up in FotoFinish?

    Absolutely! FotoFinish provides options for setting up periodic tasks, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. You can choose the day of the week, week of the month, or a designated timeframe for these tasks within FotoFlows.

  19. What is the FotoFinish Evaluation Center?

    The FotoFinish Evaluation Center is a dedicated site where FotoFinish submissions are evaluated. Evaluators have received comprehensive training in general photo evaluation as well as each client's specific standards and needs.

  20. Why would I want to have my FotoFinish photos independently evaluated?

    Having your FotoFinish pictures evaluated by an independent team of evaluators reduces bias and allows you and your management team to focus on your core business.
