First, the two most common fixes
1. Reset your password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and enter the email your account uses. The reset email arrives within a couple of minutes — check spam the first time. Follow the link and set a new password.
2. Check you're using the right email. Your FotoFinish account is tied to the email your company used to invite you. A capital letter or an extra character is enough to fail — the error message doesn't say so. If you're not sure which address it is, ask your supervisor or account admin.
If you were invited to join your company
Use the invitation email your company sent you to set your password and join. Don't create a new account from the website — that starts a separate, empty account not connected to your company, and your sites and tasks won't be there. If your invitation expired or you can't find it, ask your admin to resend it.
In the mobile app
Once you sign in, you stay signed in for up to 90 days — daily sign-ins aren't needed.
If the app ever asks you to sign in again unexpectedly, just sign in once more; your assigned sites and tasks are safe on your account.
Make sure you're on the latest app version from the App Store or Google Play — updates fix sign-in issues among other things.
On the dashboard (app.fotofinish.com)
Go directly to app.fotofinish.com and sign in with your admin or manager email.
If your company uses Microsoft single sign-on, use the SSO option on the sign-in screen with your work account.
On-site users are app-only. If someone assigned as an on-site user tries the dashboard, they'll see an authorization error — that account is working correctly, it just signs in on the phone instead.
If a whole team suddenly can't sign in
If it's not just you — nobody at your company can get in — have your account administrator contact us right away. Company-wide sign-in issues are almost always an account-level matter we can resolve quickly on our side.
