Where to find your subscription
Your plan, your billing details and your payment method live under Settings on the dashboard. Admins can see and change them; other roles cannot.
The one thing worth knowing in advance
If a payment fails, people stop being able to sign in — and it looks exactly like a technical fault. Everyone at the company gets turned away at the login screen at once, and the message doesn't mention billing.
So if your whole team suddenly can't sign in on the same day, check your payment method before you troubleshoot anything else. It is by far the most common cause of a company-wide lockout, and updating the card resolves it.
Keeping it from happening
Update the card before it expires, not after. An expiring card is the usual culprit.
Use an address that more than one person reads for billing notices — a personal mailbox that goes on holiday is how most of these are missed.
If your trial is ending and you want to continue, add a payment method before the end date so there's no interruption.
Changing your plan
Plans are priced per site, so what you pay follows how many sites you run. If you're adding a lot of sites at once, or you want to talk about a larger arrangement, message us before you change anything — we'd rather size it with you than have you guess.
Something looks wrong on an invoice
Message us with the invoice and what looks off. Billing questions go to a person, not a bot, and we'd rather sort out a discrepancy quickly than have it sit on your account.
