How FotoFinish works
Your employee captures photos. After each shift they open the app, follow the assigned FotoFlow, and photograph the required zones. Under 5 minutes.
Your supervisor reviews instantly. Results appear on the dashboard in real time, and supervisors can receive the full photographic report by email — no need to be on site.
You act on what you see. A timestamped photo record to address issues, confirm compliance, and report to your clients.
Setup, step by step
1. Activate your account. Sign in at app.fotofinish.com. New here? Create your account from the subscription page and confirm your email.
2. Add your first site. Go to Sites → Add Site: site name, address, and a site manager. Select the days of the week the site is cleaned, so inspections are scheduled on the right days.
3. Create your first FotoFlow. Go to FotoFlows → Create New FotoFlow and add a slot for each zone you want inspected — restrooms, entrance, kitchen, hallways. Upload a reference photo to each slot. Adding several reference photos per slot gives a richer visual baseline; a slot with exactly one photo is always checked against that photo.
4. Invite your team. Under Users, invite employees and supervisors and assign them to the site. Each person gets an email to set their password. Important: invited teammates should use that invitation email to join — not create a brand-new account from the website, which would start a separate, empty account.
5. Run your first inspection. Have an employee download the app at fotofinish.com/download, sign in, and complete their first FotoFlow. Watch the results appear on your dashboard.
Tip: in each user's settings, turn on Receive emails so supervisors get the photographic report after each inspection automatically.
