The Role assigns what the user can and cannot do (only 1 role per user):
Admin – Includes complete editing privileges of sites, users, roles, and FotoFlows; access to all dashboards and reports; subscription changes. It is recommended to have only one Admin user assigned.
Manager – Ideal for management team, regional or territory managers. Has access to all dashboards and reports; editing of users; receives assigned site(s) email reports and includes "Pass" or "Fail" evaluation of submissions. Can also access the App with Manager privileges which include ability to make physical site inspections and issue tickets with a mobile device.
Evaluator – This allows the user to evaluate photos with a "Pass" or "Fail" and add comments. Admin and Manager roles can also evaluate except the Evaluator has no other editing privileges.
On-site User – The employee doing the cleaning or work that will be submitting the FotoFinish photo reports. Also referred to as the employee, site user, janitor, cleaner or collaborator.
Observer – Ideal for a lead hand or even your customer. Receives assigned site(s) email submission reports only and can access online dashboard of results – no editing privileges.
