What the app records
When someone arrives at one of their assigned sites and checks in, the app records the time and the location. When they leave, or check out, it records that too. Supervisors see the result on the dashboard alongside that shift's photos.
For the person on site
Check in when you arrive and check out when you leave. If you forget to check out, tell your supervisor rather than leaving it — an open session is easy to correct and awkward to reconstruct later.
Keep location enabled for the app. Attendance depends on it, and with it switched off the record will be incomplete.
Don't force-close the app during a shift. Leave it running in the background so it can record your departure.
Keep the app updated. Attendance reliability improved substantially in the latest release; older versions are more likely to lose a record.
For supervisors
Attendance is evidence, not surveillance, and it works best when the team understands it that way. Two things worth knowing when you review it:
A check-in recorded away from the site is flagged, so you can see when an arrival was recorded somewhere other than where the work happens.
A session that never closed usually means a forgotten check-out or a phone that lost signal — not a full shift. Treat a long open session as a question, not a conclusion.
If something looks wrong
Send us the site, the person, and the date and time. We can see the attendance history directly and tell you what was recorded.
